「恋するフォーチュンクッキーSTAFF ver.」に続くAKB48グループのSTAFF ver.第2弾。胸のどこかにしまっている大事な言葉。照れくさくて声に出せない言葉。口では言えない気持ちをプラカードで伝えたい。
スニーカーに履きかえなくても、今履いているハイヒールにローファー、ゴム長靴にサンダルでも踊れるディスコステップばかりで、老若男女どこでも誰でも簡単に踊れるダンス。
AKB48劇場はもちろん、AKB48カフェ、オフィスなど、あらゆる場所でスタッフが一生懸命踊り、口では伝えられない気持ちを、勇気を出してプラカードに書き記しました！

In “Kokoro no Placard STAFF ver.”, AKB48 Group’s staff dances along in all kinds of places to AKB48 37th Single, “Kokoro no Placard”!
This is the 2nd round of AKB48 Group STAFF ver. following “Koisuru Fortune Cookie”. Those precious words that are tucked somewhere deep in your heart. Those words that you are too embarrassed to voice. Let’s convey those feelings that are difficult to voice through placards.
You don’t need to change into sneakers. The choreography is kept to simple disco steps so everyone from the young to the old can dance in heels, loafers, rubber rain boots, or sandals.
The staff dances in all their might at all kinds of places including the AKB48 Café, office, and of course the AKB48 theater, and musters up their courage to express what they cannot voice on placards!
